Request
to Speak Display: The Request to Speak system simplifies and formalizes how meeting
participants are recognized and the amount of time they may address the group.
The system displays speaker names in requested order. The moderator may select
speakers in order, or elect to take them out of sequence. The system may optionally open, close or mute
individual microphones when speakers have been recognized or their time has
expired.

VDU-100 Video Display Unit: Digital display contoller shows
agenda item, timer count, motions, and vote results on large screen projection,
video displays or TV broadcast. Completely solid state unit with no
moving parts, rotating disk drives or fans.
VDU-100 connects to up to three computers running the VoteLynx software
using Ethernet or serial communication cabling.

Timer
Displays: Two models of LED based timer displays show
minutes & seconds count. Large red,
yellow, and green LED lamps indicate start, stop and wrap-up cues. The timer displays give presenters a visual status of how much time they
have to speak at the meeting. TDM-100 with 0.56”
high digits is for podium mounting and TDM-300 with 5.0” high digits for wall mounting.

VCR-100 Remote Control Panels: Eight button control
panels with each button capable of remotely operating various VoteLynx software
functions.

Digital Control Modules: A variety of accessory modules provides control of audio
mixers, video switcher, microphone switches & indicators, timer lamps and
signaling devices.

TB-100 Terminal Blocks: Plug-in terminal
block to easily connect panels, control modules, timers and other devices into
the VoteLynx network.
